This should come as no surprise to us, given the fact that our adversary is the complete antithesis to truth. He, after all, is the father of all lies and the foundations of his kingdom are built upon delusion and deceit. It is no surprise that he opposes truth, but let’s also look at our culture and the politically correct doctrine of our day that imposes the concept that there is no absolute truth, thus truth is relative.
This dilution has caused great harm in the Body of Christ today; simply put, no one is telling the TRUTH anymore! The results are obvious; we are living in a desolate wasteland and under the tyranny of bondage. Only TRUTH can set us free! The question that we must ask is the same one Pilate asked of Christ: “What is Truth?”
The words of the LORD are pure words, Like silver tried in a furnace of earth, Purified seven times. You shall keep them, O LORD, You shall preserve them from this generation forever.
Psalm 12:6-7
...and that from childhood you have known the Holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
