Study Questions:
(For the Diligent Student)

       1.  What is the most common heresy among Christians regarding the nation Israel?  Explain its source and its dangers.

       2.  Where are there promises given to the church in the Old Testament?
            Explain.

       3.  What unique revelation was entrusted to Paul?

       4.  What three ways may one become a “seed of Abraham”?

       5.  Which “deeds of the law” can justify us before God?

       6.  List three purposes of the law.

       7.  List the seven attributes of God.

Discussion Questions:
(“Where two people agree, one is redundant”)

       1. What is God’s greatest problem? How is it resolved?

       2. Which “deeds of the law” can justify us before God?

       3. In what way(s) can “works” be a form a blasphemy?
           Explain.

Candidate Research Projects:
(For the truly dedicated)

      1. Research the number “24” in the Scriptures.  Inductively, what does it suggest?

      2. Compile and explain the distinctives between Israel and the Church.


Preparation for the Next Session:

       Read Romans 4. Abraham and David speak about God’s greatest gift. How was Abraham saved? How was David saved? Is Paul’s doctrine contradicted by the Epistle of James?
