Study Questions:
(For the Diligent Student)


1. How can Christ still be higher than the angels, while in the form of a man?

2. Christ died. How can that make Him better than the immortal angels?

3. List the main pillars of Judaism that are addressed in the Epistle to the Hebrew.

4. What is the 1st major warning (of 5) in this epistle?
    How can it be guarded against? What is at issue?

5. What was the nature of Paul’s ostensible paranoia?

6. What three authentications are highlighted in this chapter?

7. To whom was this epistle written?
    Why is this essential to understand this epistle?

8. What are the boundaries of:
   a)The macrocosm
   b)The microcosm
    What is the significance of their finiteness?

9. Since “we see not yet all things put under him,” what did it mean to declare “It is finished” from the cross?

10. Distinguish between the Throne of David and the line of David, and how they differ.

11. What does the term “propitiation” mean?  Explain.
