1. Summarize the seven ways in which Christ is superior to Moses, according to this epistle.

2. What is the significance of referring to Christ as “the Apostle”?
    What does that tell us about the author of this epistle?

3. What are the differences between a “prophet” and a “priest”?

4. What is the difference between a “connotative transfer” that is:
   a) Deliberate
   b) Illegitimate
   c) Give examples of each.

5. What three reasons did the writer have to warn his readers?
    What was at stake?

6. What was “the provocation” that is so prominent in this epistle?
    How is it relevant to us today?

7. Summarize the distinctions between the views of:
    a) Calvinism
    b) Arminianism
    c) Partakers (Metochoi)

8. Who were the Nephilim that distressed the ten spies?

9. What was the difference between the similar incidents at Rephidim and Meribah? .
